FIGSI participated at Stone Tec, Nuremberg in Germany. FIGSI's Sri OM Ashoken was present at the international stone exhibition and led efforts to promote the upcoming #STONA2023 stone fair.
Sri Ashoken observed that as physical events make a comeback after the lull of the pandemic, while Stone Tec was not as big as it was years back, it was still well attended.
He emphasised the prudent decision by FIGSI to set up an information booth at the festival as a means to inform the European market about the Indian stone industry and the upcoming STONA 2023 event.
We got a very positive response at the fair, and the West European market continues to be upbeat on Indian products.
