FIGSI raises industry issues at policy meet in Tamil Nadu

Building on matters discussed with FIGSI President Sri Ishwinder Singh ji, FIGSI members Sri Ashish Bhuta and Sri Jeetender Kothari present issues of concern at policy meet in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu.

FIGSI continues to raise issues at policy level and to work with community stakeholders for sustainable advancement of the industry.

Building on matters discussed with FIGSI President Sri Ishwinder Singh ji, EOU Committee head at FIGSI, Sri Ashish Bhuta and FIGSI member Sri Jeetender Kothari presented and raised issues of concern for the industry at a district level policy consultation meet in Krishnagiri district, Tamil Nadu.

Sri Bhuta & Sri Kothari raised various issues with the Joint Director, Directorate General of Foreign Trade, Additional Commissioner of Commerce and Industry and the Honorable MP of Krishnagiri, Sri Chellakumar.

The most important issues discussed were:

1) Equating EOUs to SEZs

2) Opening up of quarries

3) GST refund issues

The policy leaders promised immediate action on the issues. #IndustryMeeting
