Election to the Executive Committee for the term 2021-23 — reg.

As per the Calendar of Events the intimation on conducting of elections along with the nomination form and request for postal ballots and other details was sent to all the members to the address mentioned in the application and maintained in the records of the FIGSI.

We noticed that some of the posts have been returned back by noting that address is changed and no such party is available. The Returning Officer has asked FIGSI to intimate the return of Posts to the concerned parties by other modes. Hence we are writing this mail. It is hereby requested the parties, recipients of the mail to furnish the proper postal address so as to resend the required details with regard to the elections for the term 2021-23. Our moto is to ensure each and every member should get an opportunity to exercise their fundamental right as a Life Member of the Federation.

Hence it is being requested through this mail to send the proper details of the existing present address along with the requisition for change of address to the Federation. as per Federation norms so that the needful can be done. We are also enclosing the copy of the Calendar of Events as ready reference.
