Dear members and valued readers,
I'm pleased to provide an update on the progress of STONA 2025, the 16th International Granite and Stone Fair, organized by the Federation of Indian Granite and Stone Industry (FIGSI).
STONA 2025 aims to showcase India's diverse natural stone offerings and demonstrate the latest techniques in stone extraction, processing, polishing and craftsmanship. The event will take place from February 12th to 15th, 2025, at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre.
Our collective efforts to promote STONA 2025 continue to be fruitful as we countdown to the mega-show. We've actively participated in international and domestic stone fairs and exhibitions, generating enthusiasm and interest from participants and host countries alike.
We've already participated in fairs in Korea, China, and Turkey, and have finalized barter collaborations with more fairs in countries like Serbia, Russia, and China.
The layout for STONA 2025 has been carefully planned to optimize the exhibitor and visitor experience. The halls have been marked in terms of different product categories and international country pavilions.
Exhibitor registrations have been coming in from the day we opened up for booking, indicating the strong brand power that STONA commands the world over. Building on that and with consistent efforts, we are confident of achieving record exhibitor participation and exhibition area coverage this year.
We've also solidified partnerships with agents and partners from other coutnries. Like Mr Ali of LEED Exhibition for the Turkey Pavilion has secured significant space. Similar agreements have been made with Chinese and Iranian partners.
In addition to our physical presence, we're significantly enhancing our digital outreach. In this edition, we will also have a special STONA digital platform for the convenience of participants, exhibitors, and visitors, amplifying the impact of STONA for all stakeholders.
