Unveiling the Centre for Stone Excellence, Jaipur

September 18, 2023 became a very special day for the Indian stone industry with the unveiling of the first dedicated skill development centre exclusively for the sector.

This Centre for Stone Excellence was unveiled at Mahindra SEZ, Jaipur. Another Centre is coming up at Hosur, Tamil Nadu and will be opened in a few months.

It sets a new global benchmark, with the visionary leadership of FIGSI President Ishwinder Singh elevating the Indian stone industry to new heights.

While the skilling institute at the Centre has begun operations with the unveiling, the Experience Centre, Stone Museum and FIGSI office at the Centre will be open from early next year.

Admissions for the skilling centre have already begun.
